Title IX Coordinator & Deputy Annual Training (virtual)
This six-hour training is designed for Coordinators, Deputies, Directors, and other administrators who need solid Title IX foundations for their work. This training will also incorporate a high-level overview of Title VI law and practices in an effort to streamline training requirements while acknowledging the evolving federal landscape. Topics include an overview of the legal framework, how to approach reports and the intake process, moving through a grievance process, and a roadmap for overall campus compliance.

This one day, six-hour training is designed for anyone intending to investigate Title IX matters. This training will also incorporate a high-level overview of Title VI law and investigation practices in an effort to streamline training requirements while acknowledging the evolving federal landscape. Training topics include the investigator’s role, steps to completing a thorough, fair, and compliant investigation, how to evaluate evidence and relevancy, and recommendations on how to structure an investigation report.

Informal Resolution Training (virtual)
This one day, four-hour training is designed for those who plan to facilitate Informal Resolutions. Attendees will leave this training with an understanding of the various approaches to informal resolution, how to impartially navigate these processes, and considerations to make regarding when, whether, and how to move forward with informal resolution.

Decisionmaker Training (virtual)
This one day, six-hour training is designed for anyone who will serve as a decisionmaker or an appeal adjudicator during a Title IX grievance process. This training will also incorporate a high-level overview of Title VI law and practices in an effort to streamline training requirements while acknowledging the evolving federal landscape. Topics covered include an overview of the legal framework, tips for reviewing evidence, how to conduct a fair and compliant adjudication process, and how to write an outcome letter.
